| This 22-year-old patient from Imperial Beach, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery and liposuction of the back, flanks and abdomen area. She researched on the internet for a board certified plastic surgeon in the San Diego area and found Dr. Pousti. After her consultation with the Dr., she decided that he was the best plastic surgeon for her and loved that he had a lot of experience in performing liposuction and breast augmentation for many patients from all over the world.The patient wanted to improve the shape of her upper body because she was unhappy with her shape and wanted to enhance her breast size. In order to give her, the full and natural she wanted, Dr. Pousti used a 390cc implant on the right breast and a 425cc saline-filled implant on the left breast made by Mentor Corporation.The patient was instructed to wear a compression garment for liposuction areas for at least 1-month to minimize swelling, as well as a surgical for the breasts. Notice the significant change in shape and the tone of the upper body. The patient is encouraged to maintain a healthy lifestyle which will help her avoid and weight gain. Liposuction does not guarantee permanent results and may require additional surgery.
 
 
 
She is now 3-months post-op surgery and extremely happy with her results.
